Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Defective Product
In the unlikely situation that the item is damaged, defective, or misdelivered, please contact us within one week from the date of arrival of the item. We will replace it as soon as possible. However, this is limited to unused items.

Customer Convenience
When you receive the product, please check the contents thoroughly. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges due to other reasons (such as changing your mind).

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellation requests. Please be sure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before completing the checkout procedure.
If you do accidentally order the wrong item, please contact us right away via email.
Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled in any case.
