Other Charges Excluding Product Price	Each specified shipping fee per order. Taxes (Please note that customers outside of Japan may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees.)
Payment Method	We accept payment by: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) <Credit Card> One-time payment only Since it is online payment, shipping can be done at the quickest. No handling charge needed. (This only applies to our shop) Please complete the payment by accessing the payment page from purchase completing page. (When the payment is not complete, please request again, or we will send the request to change your payment method.)
Delivery Time	Delivery time of each item varies and is indicated on product pages. We will inform you the exact time of delivery via email upon ordering. If you are in a hurry or have a desired delivery date, please let us know.
Sales Quantity	There is no particular upper limit. However, products of limited editions may be sold in limited quantities. In the event that the product is out of stock, we may contact you by email.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Defective Product
In the unlikely situation that the item is damaged, defective, or misdelivered, please contact us within one week from the date of arrival of the item. We will replace it as soon as possible. However, this is limited to unused items.

Customer Convenience
When you receive the product, please check the contents thoroughly. As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges due to other reasons (such as changing your mind).

Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellation requests. Please be sure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before completing the checkout procedure.
If you do accidentally order the wrong item, please contact us right away via email.
Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled in any case.
